Trina Puts Her Dad on the Spot
A flashback of Curtis (Donnell Turner) decking Isaiah kicks off the promo. Afterward, Trina (Tabyana Ali) visits her dad and asks him a very important question. “How much trouble are you in?” She must know that what her father did has serious repercussions. Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) didn’t just get a black eye. His hand may be permanently wrecked.
While we see a shot of an injured Isaiah, we hear Portia (Brook Kerr) say, “His entire career could be over.” Trina may also want to ask her dad if he understands the damage that he’s done. Because, so far, it doesn’t seem to register with him. All he is focused on is his theory that Isaiah drove the other car that night of his and Jordan’s (Tanisha Harper) accident.
Willow’s Frantic About Drew
Elsewhere, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) confronts Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and doesn’t care that the man told her that he’s the one who calls the shots. She makes a desperate plea that Sidwell might not take well. “We have to stop dosing Drew,” she says. The expression on his face and the big ol’ sigh he lets loose reads: “Not this again.”
Perhaps Willow will pull a Nina (Cynthia Watros) and start taking him off that drug without Sidwell’s knowledge.
Lulu and Dante Stress Out Over Rocco on the Run
Meanwhile, Lulu tells Dante, “We have to find our son before Cullum does.” Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Rocco (Finn Carr) are on the run. And Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) are determined to find him. Their stress understandably increases after they get a message, or they’re able to video chat with a scared Rocco.
Unfortunately for Lulu and Dante, they will have to race against Sidwell, who wants Britt tracked down as soon as possible. Faison’s Project still needs to be completed, and right now, Britt is the only person who can put the finishing touches on it. Sidwell is on the phone — probably with Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) — when he makes a demand. “Find her and bring her back now.”
