While Laura has finally moved on to find love again away from Luke on General Hospital (GH), who can forget the incredible story that they shared?
Some may not remember that soon after Luke (Anthony Geary) and Laura (Genie Francis) married–in a ceremony that was the highest-watched episode in daytime history–Laura disappeared and was believed to be dead.
A couple of years later, Laura returned — but she skulked around town first as “Think of Laura” by Christopher Cross played over and over again. But finally, Luke — who was now the mayor of Port Charles — came home to find Laura on the grounds of the mayor’s mansion, reliving the greatest moments from their wedding there.
