VIDEO FLASHBACK: “Jake, You’re Jason”–AKA, Carly Screws Up

Well, she thought her buddy Jake Doe was Jason on General Hospital (GH), so she HAD to tell him, and got herself in a car accident for her troubles in 2015. (And turns out she was wrong.)

The DNA matched, the Spinelli program showed Steve Burton’s face. How could this NOT be Jason? And when Carly told Jake her was Jason just as she was set to be his “best person” for his wedding to Elizabeth, he didn’t want to hear it.

He insisted there is no way he was a criminal and paid assassin. He just didn’t feel like that kind of guy and didn’t want to live that kind of life and let Carly know this in no uncertain terms.

But, Carly insisted as Carly is known to do and eventually Jake–who we now know as Drew–believed her. Relive the moment again and shake your head at Carly. Hey, everyone makes mistakes.
