Anna and Carlos General Hospital
Anna Devane was in the throes of grief, after just learning her beloved Duke was shot and killed on General Hospital (GH).
They had just made plans to run away together when Julian put a hit out on Duke, and Carlos was the man for the job. Anna knew who did it immediately and confronted Carlos on the docks.
As he taunted her, she lost her mind with rage and in her grief, she shot him point blank several times. Of course, Carlos turned up alive because it seems he was wearing a bullet-proof vest and fake blood, but for nearly a year we all thought Carlos was a goner.
