General Hospital (GH) star William deVry is known all over social media for his love for animals.
In fact, the actor actively works with shelters to get dogs adopted and puts the word out when a pet needs a new home.
Last night, deVry experienced the saddest loss for a pet owner when his 12-year-old chihuahua was hit by a car just hours before he returned from a trip to the East Coast.
Immediately, there was an outpouring of love and condolences from both fans and co-stars alike, including Laura Wright, Haley Pullos, Rick Hearst, Hayley Erin, Dominic Zamprogna, and Brytni Sarpy, among others.
