General Hospital spoilers for December 28, 2023, involve Port Charles residents in action. They’re executing plans, conducting investigations, and even committing verbal faux-pas. Do not miss this episode.
Teasers suggest this week is going to be monumentally disastrous for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). At this point, about a million people know she is the one who turned Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) into the SEC for insider trading. As a result, Drew ended up in prison where he was beaten within an inch of his life.
The final unraveling of Nina’s secret has to start somewhere, right? Could it be with Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), who is about to make an accidental slip of the tongue? When Ned (Wally Kurth) regained his memories, he wasted no time telling his wife Nina was the one responsible for the whistleblowing (read up on that moment here). Could Nina’s universe imploding actually begin in such a simple way?
In other news, Sonny and Alexis are currently having misgivings. They must be comparing notes about Kristina’s (Kate Mansi) offer to be Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ’s (Tajh Bellow) egg donor. If so, what are their next steps? Sharing said doubts with Kristina? If that’s the route they take, how do you think their determined daughter is going to react?

Meanwhile, it looks like Felicia’s (Kristina Wagner) hospital job is taking a temporary backseat when she decides to do her own investigating. This has to be about Cody’s (Josh Kelly) true parentage. Felicia suspects he’s lying about not being Mac’s (John J. York) son (which he is). All anyone can do is sit back and let her do her thing. Because she’s a dog with a bone when she’s in the heat of an investigation.
Someone else is on the hunt but for completely different reasons. It’s no secret Lucy (Lynn Herring) is inwardly and outwardly seething over Tracy (Jane Elliot) raiding Deception and then giving her majority shares to Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). Unsurprisingly, she’s finally going to do something about it. First, she enlists Scott for her revengenda. In the last year, Tracy sued her, won the lawsuit, and snatched her one percent stake in ELQ away from her. Meanwhile, Scott’s still probably smarting over Tracy dumping that drink on him recently. That’s enough incentive for him to commit 100% to executing this payback plan.
Finally, the latter part of 2023 has been a dark one for Finn (Michael Easton). He found out about his dad’s illness as well as a malpractice lawsuit that threatens his career. Look for him to, once again, turn to Liz (Rebecca Herbst) for support. The two work together on his defense.
