These General Hospital spoilers tease a most unwelcomed reunion, a truth-telling session, and so much more. This will be a week you won’t want to miss!

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Tracy (Jane Elliot) carves out a few moments in her day to dine with her partner in crime, One Life to Live transplant Blair Cramer (Kassie DePaiva), AKA a former Mrs. Martin Grey. The sight of the two women with their heads together gives Martin (Michael E. Knight) serious cause for concern, but he does his utmost not to let dinner companion Lucy (Lynn Herring) see him sweat.

After concluding their conspiratorial chat — which included the two resolving to force Martin and Lucy into marrying so that she’ll be able to cease making those monthly alimony payments — Blair takes her leave of Tracy and takes the opportunity provided by Lucy’s exit to sit with Martin and toy with him.

GH Spoilers: Honesty Is The Pest Policy

Post-firing from Deception, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) decides to do what she should have done from the very start: she confesses everything to Chase (Josh Swickard). And after she’s copped to it all, look for Brook Lynn to give Tracy yet another blasting for her despicable ways.

General Hospital Spoilers: Odds and Ends

In other General Hospital spoilers news, Neddie (Wally Kurth) books a gig, Portia (Brook Kerr) is left feeling like an odd woman out, Sonny (Maurice Benard) issues a warning to Dex (Evan Hofer), Lucy and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) clash, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Finn (Michael Easton) weigh in on Gregory’s (Gregory Harrison) care, Sam (Kelly Monaco) asks Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) for a favor, and Molly (Brooke Anne Smith) receives most welcome news — is she soon to become a mother?

Meanwhile, as Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) gets set up for quite the shock, Anna’s (Finola Hughes) attempts to get to the bottom of things hit a dead-end.

Finally, GH spoilers have depraved forces amassing against vulnerable Drew (Cameron Mathison). Will Sonny’s minions be able to provide the protection necessary?
