By examining the crystal ball, laying out the cards, and reading the tea leaves, I plan to predict what’s coming up for Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). But I make no promises because let’s face it – it’s not an exact science (and I’m not really that…talented). Okay, Let’s take a look into what the future holds.
Near Future
The crystal ball shows that it is time for Valentin Cassadine to break free from the past. Valentin may be in over his head when it comes to matching wits with his notorious father (Charles Shaughnessy). And this time, Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) life may depend on whatever move he makes. The couple has been through other trials and tribulations in the past and has made it through. There is no need for doom and gloom. Can Valentine triumph over evil? Can he break free from the family baggage and lead a better life? Are he and Anna built to last? Let’s see what the cards have to say.
GH Spoilers: Putting The Past To Rest
Valentin pulled the Hanged Man, which signifies upheaval and sacrifice. Perhaps the sacrifice is letting go of the family he was born into and leaning into the family he has built for himself. Detaching himself from the upheaval caused by being a Cassadine.
The card hints that there is a kind of death occurring, maybe not a physical death but a version of the past that no longer works for him. There is healing in putting someone else’s needs ahead of his own. Valentin can write a better future for himself and his loved ones if he can let go of his family’s violent and ruthless legacy. It will take thoughtful planning and patience, but if he plays his cards right a metamorphosis can occur. The question is, what kind of sacrifice will he have to make? Will he be able to dodge Victor’s wrath? Will he and Anna be able to bring Victor to justice and, in doing so, save Port Charles and the world?

It must be faced bravely and honorably. Valentin will gain much more than what he will lose if he sees this through. Further Into Valentin Cassadine’s Future
In reading these tea leaves, I, Sybil the Psychic, spy Palm Trees surrounded by clouds, indicating that difficulties will be solved. Success can be achieved through careful planning and actions. Of course, anything that has to do with the Cassadines can never be resolved easily, but Valentin has a lot of strength behind him – and the love of a good woman!
