The next General Hospital spoilers video for Tuesday, October 29, 2024, shows Dante proposing to Sam while Drew and Cody fistfight in a bar.
Coming up in Port Charles
Cody (Josh Kelly) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) begin fist-fighting as Cody yells, “You’re a cheating bastard!” Livid that he can’t be with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) anymore, a drunk Cody takes his anger out on a campaigning Drew. He blabs that Drew kissed his nephew’s wife and slept with her mother — for the whole bar to hear.

Elsewhere, Tracy (Jane Elliot) says to Ned (Wally Kurth), “We have all the ammunition. We just have to figure out how best to use it.” At this point, Ned and Tracy probably don’t know what went down at the bar. However, he may have shared with Tracy the intel he got from James (Gary James Fuller) about Drew and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) kissing. Ned will get the upper hand against Drew. And so he’ll probably try to blackmail him for the ELQ CEO position. But that point will be moot once everyone knows the truth.

An upset Nina (Cynthia Watros) witnessed Cody and Drew’s fight and tells Willow, “I think I gave you some really bad advice.” Nina is most likely warning her daughter to confess to Michael (Chad Duell) as soon as possible. It needs to happen before the rumor mill reaches him and he flips his lid.
Holly (Emma Samms) tells Sasha, “You need me more than you think you do.” Weekly teasers say that Holly is going to make someone an offer. Perhaps she tries to entice Sasha to join in on her schemes, away from Port Charles and Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who is headed there.

Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) asks someone, “You’re not gonna ask me where I’ve been?” A worried Laura (Genie Francis) also poses the question, “How’s Lulu?” Odds are, he tells Laura about his world travels while they await word on Lulu. And finally, we see Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) talking to an alive Sam (Kelly Monaco) in recovery. He holds up a ring and asks, “Will you marry me, Sam?” Is a deathbed wedding in their future?
