The next General Hospital spoilers video for Thursday, October 23, 2025, shows Alexis giving Willow an ultimatum, while Lois admits to Gio that she was the one who betrayed him. Additionally, Michael lays out the truth about Willow to Chase.

Key Takeaways

  • Ronnie playfully introduces herself to Cody.
  • Drew threatens Jacinda.
  • Michael delivers a gut punch to Chase by challenging how well he really knows Willow.
  • Alexis gives Willow a firm ultimatum about accepting her legal help.
  • Lois bravely takes full responsibility in an emotional moment with Gio.

Coming up in Port Charles

Ronnie (Erika Slezak) cheekily tells Cody (Josh Kelly), “I’ve always had a weakness for cowboys.” The teasers show that Cody meets his new boss, and he and Ronnie will probably become fast friends. She’s been shaking things up and even put Tracy in her place, so Ronnie is the breath of fresh air we needed.

Meanwhile, a bitter Drew (Cameron Mathison, who has thoughts about Drew’s motivation) informs Jacinda (Paige Herschell), “The next time that I see the police, I am pointing them to you.” Is she so mercenary that she’ll switch sides and help Drew if he offers her more money? Hopefully not.

Michael (Rory Gibson) tells Chase (Josh Swickard), “You don’t know Willow as well as you think you do.” Is Michael finally going to let Chase know about what Willow did to baby Daisy? Hopefully, so Chase can quit defending her and realize what she’s truly capable of. The teasers also state that Chase is taken aback, so Michael probably lays everything out for him.

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) lets Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) know, “If you don’t want my services, say so now.” Unless Ric (Rick Hearst) shows up at the last second, Willow has no choice but to accept Alexis’ help.

And Lois (Rena Sofer) says to Gio (Giovanni Mazza), “The person who betrayed you is me.” She’s trying to get Gio to communicate with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), so she’s taking the full blame. Hopefully, that tactic will work and the healing can begin.
