The next General Hospital spoilers video for Wednesday, June 4, 2025, shows Gio confiding his worries to Emma while Laura warns Sonny that the fallout is just beginning, and Ric interrogates Sasha on the stand.

Anna (Finola Hughes) tells someone, “I really feel that I’m on to something.” The weekly teasers state that Anna (Finola Hughes) puts pressure on Brennan (Chris McKenna). Could it be about dealing with Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who’s attempting to take over Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) territory?

Gio (Giovannie Mazza) says to Emma (Braedyn Bruner), “The only person that I trust is Sonny. Now I’m not even sure about that.” Poor Gio doesn’t know who to trust anymore. Hopefully Emma’s able to give him some good advice.
Laura (Genie Francis) tells Sonny (Maurice Benard), “This thing could have huge repercussions.” The teasers also show that Laura and Sonny discuss family matters, so she’s probably addressing the whole Gio situation, and perhaps Lulu’s involvement in it.

In court, Ric (Rick Hearst) questions Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and asks her, “When was the last time you and Mr. Corinthos had sex?” Considering Nina (Cynthia Watros) didn’t want to reveal what she learned about Sasha and Michael (Rory Gibson) for fear of betraying Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), it seems unlikely that she shared the intel with Ric.

And Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) come face to face, with BLQ yelling, “You have always wanted to destroy my life, and you have finally succeeded!” Although it most likely won’t devolve into a catfight, the verbal thrashing is going to be harsh.
