The next General Hospital spoilers video for Thursday, January 30, 2025, shows Alexis losing her cool while Jason’s ready to claim to be Sasha’s baby daddy.
Coming up in Port Charles
Lois (Rena Sofer) says to Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), “It’s your choice to make,” and BLQ responds, “I need to tell him.” The longer she waits to tell Chase (Josh Swickard) that she had a baby as a teen and gave it up for adoption, the bigger the fallout will be. But if Gio (Giovanni Mazza) turns out to be their long-lost son, that might bring them closer together.

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) tells Chase, “Every time I look at Lulu (Alexa Havins) I’m gonna think of Sam (ex-Kelly Monaco).” This is obviously a dramatic ploy to slow down the inevitable reunion of Dante and Lulu.
Meanwhile, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) says to Lulu, “Feeling guilty’s gonna get you nowhere.” That’s good advice. Lulu needs to stop blaming herself for things and get on with her life.

Elsewhere in Alexis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Diane’s (Carolyn Hennesy) office, Alexis throws a fit and starts tossing files and books everywhere while yelling, “I don’t know what to do!” She will need to turn to someone like Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) or Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) to get to the bottom of Sami’s murder.
Jason (Steve Burton) tells Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), “I will back off the second Michael tells me.” It’s clear that history will repeat itself and Jason will pretend to be the father of Sasha’s baby until Michael returns from Germany. If that happens, they’re definitely headed for Couplesville.

In Germany, Carly (Laura Wright) tells someone, “I need to ask you a favor.” The weekly teasers indicate that Carly and Brennan get closer, but she needs to stop asking for favors.
