Tracy (Jane Elliot) implores Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), “With or without the baby, you need to get out of town.” If Drew (Cameron Mathison) testifies at Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) trial that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was home the night of the accident, Tracy may worry the PCPD will start tracing the cover-up back toward BLQ. Her solution appears to be the Quartermaine version of crisis management: pack first and explain later.
As Lucy (Lynn Herring) and Serena (Kelly Kruger) scheme, Lucy exclaims, “We just hit the jackpot.” Their plan to rescue Deception is officially underway, which means confidence is high and caution has probably left the building. Lucy’s schemes do have a habit of working perfectly right up until they do not.
Meanwhile, Jacinda (Paige Herschell) asks Michael (Rory Gibson), “You think Chief Brennan would help Willow by targeting you?” The two may be trying to work out how far Willow’s new alliance with Jack could go and how to stop her from gaining full custody of the children. Michael already has enough enemies without the WSB adding him to a file.
Speaking of which, Jack (Chris McKenna) tells Willow, “I think it’s time we take this to the next level.” That certainly sounds like their plan against Michael is about to become more aggressive. Willow has never been especially patient once she decides she deserves something.
And Sonny (Maurice Benard) will want answers about why Ethan (Christian Howard) took off, so Ava (Maura West) will inform him, “The blame for that lies directly on your shoulders.” Ethan sounded wrong when Ava spoke to him after his clash with Hudson (Troy Lennon Appel), so she may assume one of Sonny’s jobs drove him out of town. Sonny will probably enjoy being blamed for a disaster he did not personally arrange.
