At General Hospital with Felicia (Kristina Wagner) and Cody (Josh Kelly), Mac (John J. York) wonders aloud, “Why would Maxie’s heart suddenly fail out of nowhere?” This harkens back to Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) childhood heart transplant. Could Sidwell (Carlo Rota) have tainted the cream she used on Home & Heart?

Elsewhere at the hospital, Lucas (Van Hansis) appears to be in Maxie’s hospital room and tells someone, “She should be awake by now.” Is she going to end up in a coma like Lulu (Alexa Havins)?
At the Metro Court pool, Gio (Giovanni Mazza) informs Emma (Braedyn Bruner), “I’m not flinching, either.” The weekly teasers state that Emma confides in Gio, so it’s likely that if she’s not backing off investigating Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard), then neither is he.

Meanwhile, Martin (Michael E. Knight) asks Drew (Cameron Mathison), “How do you intend to accomplish that?” Drew’s looking rather smarmy because he’s probably going to want Martin to be his star witness. However, Martin’s not too happy about what Drew did to Aunt Stella, so he’ll probably jump to Team Michael (Rory Gibson).
Elsewhere, Lulu asks someone, “What aren’t you saying?” The teasers also indicate that Lulu is shaken, so she’s probably worried about Maxie’s condition.

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) informs Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson), “That, by the insurance company’s definition, is fraud.” It looks like Alexis is taking on a new client. Boy, Drew is just causing damage to everyone.
And an enraged Sonny (Maurice Benard) asks ADA Turner (Nanzeen Contractor), “Are you going after my son?” Hopefully, she’ll be able to explain to him that she’s just playing along with Drew to nail him for being a corrupt politician.
