Liz (Rebecca Herbst) informs Ric (Rick Hearst), “Dante’s my guest. He’s not going anywhere.” Ric had already stormed in after finding her with pantsless Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), which was probably not the scene he had pictured when he showed up with flowers and an engagement ring. Liz will later open up to Dante, and she may be realizing she has some damage control to do before Ric turns one awkward moment into a full-blown crisis.
Meanwhile, Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) tells Portia (Brook Kerr), “Maybe there’s something I can do to help make that happen.” He may be looking for a way to ease some of the fallout now that Curtis (Donnell Turner) is preparing to miss at least the first two years of Dez’s life. Isaiah wanted Curtis held accountable, but seeing the consequences up close may hit a little differently than hearing a verdict in court.

Elsewhere, Carly (Laura Wright) says to Lulu (Alexa Havins), “I’m telling you, it’s the best thing you can do for yourself.” Carly could be talking about Dante, Charlotte (Bluesy Burke), or another mess Lulu has been carrying around lately. Whatever the subject, Carly sounds convinced that Lulu needs to stop circling the problem and make a choice for herself.
And Joss says to Jason (Steve Burton, who’s nominated for a 2026 Daytime Emmy), “You give her enough time, she’s gonna sell you out.” She is likely warning him about Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), especially now that Jason is trying to build a life outside Sonny’s organization.
