Lenny Caulfield’s sudden and heartbreaking passing has everyone talking about what’s next for Phyllis Caulfield. GH spoilers hint she is on the canvas for a while. But, what does this mean? Will she continue running the bar? Will she retire and live out the good life? Or, will she go back to her roots and take up nursing again? We think we’ve figured out the answer.
We predict a change is in order for Nina Reeve’s (Cynthia Watros) favorite medical professional. Phyllis (Joyce Guy) has lived a great life in Nixon Falls but Lenny’s (Rif Hutton) spirit looms and we can see it being too hard to live in that small town. Why not switch it up and take flight to Port Charles for a little while? Lord knows that city could definitely use nurses well versed in caring for coma patients.
So, let’s say Phyllis does get hired at General Hospital. Will she be happy there? Sure. Well, until she runs into a familiar face – her sister, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson)! And, this will not exactly be a happy reunion.
It wasn’t too long ago Stella opened up about her family situation. She talked about falling out of favor with her sister. So much so, she didn’t have her sis called when she had a stroke. Something must have gone wrong. Or, knowing Stella, her judgments just were not welcome.
Imagine if this is true. These women couldn’t be more different. This could set up a whole new rivalry for Stella – or give her another chance to make amends.
