There are two pregnant women in Port Charles and GH spoilers tease one was not conceived in love. In fact, Esme Prince’s baby was created during a sinister scheme that could bring Nikolas Cassadine’s world crashing down. And, he’s not about to let that happen. Does this mean a baby swap may be on the way? We’re almost sure of it.
GH Spoilers Wild Speculation
Unfortunately, getting rid of Esme’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) secret child isn’t going to be easy. And, if things are going to go the way we think it’s going to go, many people are going to get hurt along the way. One of them is the sweet and lovely Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). The very sickly mother-to-be and her devoted husband, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), will be pawns in Nik’s (Marcus Coloma) little game.
GH: A Horrific Baby Swap
Picture this: it’s a dark and stormy night when Willow is rushed to the hospital in labor. This is a terrifying but glorious time for her and Michael. After months of sickness, risk, and prayers, their baby is on the way. They are overjoyed and hope everything goes their way.
At the same time, Esme’s water breaks, and she is forced to labor in captivity, hidden away. The only person there to help is Nik, and he’s not much help at all. He doesn’t want this child, and he can’t let it get out he fathered this kid. That would be bad, right? That means he has to do something to keep this child under wraps.
This is when all hell breaks loose. Nik shows up at the hospital to get supplies and hears that Willow is about to have her child too, and there are complications. A lightbulb goes off in his head. If Willow loses her baby, then it gives him the perfect opportunity to hide his child in plain sight.

And, that’s just what goes down. Willow has troubled labor and terrible delivery. Her baby is born alive, but barely, and is rushed to the NICU for additional care. Nik sneaks in and swaps the tots just as baby Corinthos takes their last breath.
GH Spoilers: A Mother’s Instinct
While this seems like a win-win in Nikolas’s head, it will be anything but. He’ll hand Esme the poor angel who didn’t make it and let Willow and Michael think his perfect infant is theirs. But, as we all know, this won’t turn out the way Nik wants.
It will take Willow minutes to know this isn’t her baby. Oh sure, everyone tells her she’s wrong and chalks it up to Postpartum troubles, but she knows.
