As Willow Tait continues trudging through her endless first trimester, GH spoilers are pointing to more people learning that she has cancer — and if she doesn’t get treatment soon, both she and the baby are unlikely to make it. Who will be the next person to learn Willow’s secret?
GH Spoilers: Mother Knows Best
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) may not know that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is her biological mother — and vice-versa — but 41% of you are pretty sure that Nina will soon know Willow’s entire situation. And, as soon as she does, you expect her to go running to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Her goal will likely be to drive a wedge between the couple who are keeping her from her grandson. But we expect a lot more!
Surprise General Hospital Guest
It’ll be the last person we expect, 26% of the audience predicts. In that case, it will be either somebody who has no connection to Willow’s situation, like, oh, say…Olivia Falconeri Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), who just enjoys stirring the pot. Or, how about Wiley…if the kid is old enough to understand what it means that Willow isn’t his biological mother, he’s probably old enough to understand the teratogenic effects of chemotherapy on a developing fetus.
GH Spoilers The Other Mother
Oh, it will be a mother, all right, 18% agree, but it will be the one who feels she belongs at the center of every life decision, especially Michael’s. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will somehow stumble onto the truth…and she’ll use it to manipulate things to her advantage…which includes keeping Nina from learning she’s Willow’s mom.

Total General Hospital Truth
A last place 15% trust Willow to tell Michael the truth herself. After all, they’re supposed to be life partners, and the baby is as much his as it is hers. Maybe she will prove to be mature enough to share details of her life with the man she intends to spend the rest of her life with.
