Ava Jerome (Maura West) has a secret, and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) wants to know what it is. Will Ava spill her sins? They say confession is good for the soul. Later, Nina and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) have a heart-to-heart about the state of their love life.
All the while, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) preps for big things in her life. She wants what she’s lost — and more. She turns to Executive Coach, Mia (Vanessa Mathison) to get her on the right track.
Meanwhile, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) question their relationship. And, they aren’t the only ones. Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) does too. Is Cody Bell (Josh Taylor) the right man for her? Is he even right for right now?
Also walking a fine line is Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). She and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) continue their for-a-good-reason scheme, and people have some things to say. General Hospital History
GH made its debut in 1963 and was created by the husband and wife team of Frank and Doris Hursley, taking place at a hospital but in an unnamed city. In fact, the setting wasn’t named as Port Charles until the 1970s. General Hospital is the longest-running soap opera currently on air.
From legendary Laura’s (Genie Francis) four decades on and off and back on as the show’s leading heroine, to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) super spy exploits, to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his mobster activities, GH certainly knows how to please their viewers.
GH: Bringing the Drama
More than five decades of gripping drama as well as love in the afternoon have kept this ABC daytime soap on the air and winning Daytime Emmys. Epic romances, action-adventure stories, and love on the run have enthralled viewers over the years.
