It’s party night at The Savoy and all the major players are invited (did they learn nothing from the barbecue?). This is a party to celebrate Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) freedom and future and it’s going to rock the night away.
Watch for Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and his band to keep everyone on the dance floor, much to the delight of Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). As for the guest of honor, she’ll be making out with the handsome officer Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse). It’s quite the party…until a certain someone gets upset while lurking in the shadows. Something tells us Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chaves) is more than a little jealous.
Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) issues a warning to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) bears witness to Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) latest public meltdown. And, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) ends up in tears when she faces the wrath of Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright)! See it all for yourself in the sneak peek video below.
GH made its debut in 1963 and was created by the husband and wife team of Frank and Doris Hursley, taking place at a hospital but in an unnamed city. In fact, the setting wasn’t named as Port Charles until the 1970s. General Hospital is the longest-running soap opera currently on air.
From legendary Laura’s (Genie Francis) four decades on and off and back on as the show’s leading heroine, to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) super spy exploits, to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his mobster activities, GH certainly knows how to please their viewers.
More than five decades of gripping drama as well as love in the afternoon have kept this ABC daytime soap on the air and winning Daytime Emmys. Epic romances, action-adventure stories, and love on the run have enthralled viewers over the years.
