General Hospital spoilers for November 3, 2023, tease wishing and hoping and praying, check-ins, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a minute of this brand-new episode.
Expect Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) to be all a flutter when he’s unable to locate Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) and news reaches him that something untoward has befallen Anna (Finola Hughes). Has his demon seed struck again?
Speaking of Charlotte, Laura (Genie Francis) and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) come together and debrief. Is he filling her in on how his appointment with her granddaughter went? Will he share his worries about her attachment to her father? Or will the conversation turn to Nikolas (Adam Huss) and their search for him?
Sure, Drew (Cameron Mathison) is her ex-husband and the father of her child, and he’s consistently made it clear where they rank in importance to him (hint: it’s way down the list), and Carly (Laura Wright) is a former love rival whom she shouldn’t be able to stand, but Sam (Kelly Monaco) is new and *ahem* improved, and she cares how Miss Spencer is doing. So, it should come as no surprise that Sam saddles up to Carly’s side and wonders how she’s doing.

Meanwhile, look for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to open up to Michael (Chad Duell), and look for him to not like much of anything she has to say. She’s open to letting Nina (Cynthia Watros) get even closer. Perish the thought! That’s not what he wants. He wants to punish Nina by micromanaging when and for how long she gets to see Willow. And now Willow wants to have a say in the matter? UGH!
Could it be? Is it possible? Even convincible that there could be a thaw in the chilly, tension-filled relationship between sisters Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos)? Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) certainly seems to think so — or, at the very least, she’d really, really like to think so. Lord knows that would make her life easier. What mother likes to be in the middle of squabbling siblings?
And isn’t it high time that the two got over themselves? Yes, Kristina was a tad insensitive, but she was also well-meaning. And Molly way overreacted to her motormouthed sister’s suggestions.
