GH Spoilers Speculation: Lies Leads To Love For Brook Lynn and Chase

GH spoilers show that the noose was tightening around Brook Lynn Ashton’s neck with the secret of “Bailey’s” paternity – and maternity, too – about to come out. But then Harrison Chase came swooping in for a rescue — will it lead to love?

You see, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was about to find out that he wasn’t the daughter of the baby girl Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) presented him with. Which meant finding out Brook Lynn wasn’t the mother, either.

Little Bailey was actually Louise, presumed lost daughter of Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) – and Peter August (Wes Ramsey). But then Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) swept into the rescue, claiming that he was Bailey’s daddy. Which saved Brook Lynn from having to confess she wasn’t the mommy. Time After Time

Yes, please, 71% of you speculate, it’s only a matter of time before Brook Lynn’s gratitude turns into something more, and we all know how much Chase enjoys playing the hero to a damsel in distress. They’re going to make a perfect little family… until the real truth finally comes out.

GH spoilers reveal that these two are great friends, 17% of the audience counters, and they’re better off staying that way. Brook Lynn needs an uncomplicated relationship, and the last thing Chase needs is to fall for another woman who is secretly just not really all that into him. He still needs to recover from being jerked around by Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Brook Lynn is not the woman to do that with.

GH Spoilers: Wait Up

A last-place 12% aren’t completely against the idea, but you don’t want it happening right away. Let Chase heal, let Brook Lynn realize just what a winner she has – and let Bailey Lou be returned to her mother (with her father hopefully six feet under for good) before Brook Lynn and Chase consider pairing up.
