Carly Corinthos is determined to take her secret about Willow Tait being Nina Reeves’s daughter to the grave. But we all know, even without the GH spoilers hinting otherwise, that this was never going to happen.
GH Spoilers Speculation
The beans will eventually be spilled, and Nina (Cynthia Watros) will know it was Carly (Laura Wright) who kept her from her last living child for months. Here’s how she’ll react:
Is This a Dagger I See Before Me?
Anton Checkov wrote that if a rifle is shown on-stage in the first act, it needs to be fired in the third. If Nina got a dagger from her aunt Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) one day, eventually, she’ll need to plant it into someone. And exactly half of the audience, 50%, expect it to go into Carly’s back. Or her front, you’re open. You just want her to pay for her subterfuge.
GH Spoilers Money Talks
Nina took Carly’s share of the hotel away from her, but 34% of you suspect that won’t be enough. Once the truth about Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) comes out, Nina will want to make sure Carly loses everything, which means running her bank account down to zero. Nina won’t rest until Carly is left with nothing.
GH Grin and Bear It
Only 16% — presumably people who have never watched a soap opera before or ones who don’t really understand how they work or what fans tune in for — think Nina will do…nothing. She won’t give Carly the satisfaction of thinking she’s gotten to her. Nina will embrace her new daughter and simply freeze Carly out.
This will demonstrate for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), once again, how superior Nina is to his harridan of an ex-wife. And it will make Willow…and maybe even Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)…reconsider taking Nina’s side over Carly’s when it comes to Wiley.
