In GH spoilers, Jason Morgan and Carly Corinthos are set to wed in order to protect the Corinthos family – both personally and professionally. Nothing is more important than keeping the mob safe.
Well, it is also for the kids – won’t somebody think of the children? – and also so Jason won’t have to kill Carly to keep the peace. But over 4,000 fans aren’t sure whether the ‘I Do’ exchange will actually take place — but this is their prediction.
It’s a pointless gesture, nearly half of you – 47% – dismiss. Their enemies will never buy the sudden love story. (Obviously, they didn’t see Carly and Jason hit the pool table over 20 years ago as we did. We know there’s always been something there.) If the marriage isn’t seen as legitimate, neither will the power grab. And poor Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) life’s work might be in danger. Oh, noes!
And what about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), 36% of the audience continues to play What If? She and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) just connected on a deep – and sexy – level. They have potentially a terrific future ahead of them, and his marrying Carly (Laura Wright) would, at the very least, throw a monkey wrench into it. Then again, sneaking around could be hot. Jason has never enjoyed a relationship that didn’t have a lie in the center of it. It’s the only way he knows how to have one.
Only 17% speculate that this marriage is necessary to keep Carly and the kids safe. It’s what Sonny would have wanted, and that should take precedence over anyone’s personal happiness. Plus, let’s get real, Carly has wanted this since she looked like Sarah Brown.
Jason has always been the most important man in her life, no matter how many times she wed Sonny – or Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher). Her whole life has been leading up to this moment, and she’ll take Jason any way she can get him. So will their fans.
