GH spoilers for Wednesday, November 23, 2022, reveal anger rearing its head, a heartfelt confession, a surprise, a decision, a team-up, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a shocking moment of this new episode.
GH Spoilers Highlights
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have sparred many times over the past couple of years, whether it’s been over something to do with Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), the Metro Court, and especially Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) since the former will always blame the latter for keeping him away from his family for her own selfish reasons.
This time though, Carly is furious that her nemesis would dare to mess with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos’s (Chad Duell) relationship by implying Willow was cheating with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), never mind blabbing nonsense about Carly and Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She’s going to give the busybody a serious piece of her mind.
General Hospital Spoilers: Reality Bites
Nina’s aunt, in the meantime, gets a hard dose of reality when her daughter Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has to break the awful news that her Huntington’s Disease has progressed to Stage 3 to her mother, Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) have had a solid working relationship for years. Of course, things got a little testy when Valentin’s lady love, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), got accused of offing Martin’s lady love, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). Now GH spoilers say the two team up, and this is music to our ears!
GH Spoilers: A Decision and A Surprise
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) let Linc Brown (Dan Buran) know she’s ready to drop the boom on him for all his shady moves on the ladies who can’t fight back because they want a career. But he threw her a curveball — drop that angle, and he’ll give her back her songbook. Well, now it looks like BLQ makes a decision.
Opposite this, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) gets quite the surprise dumped in his lap by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) when he learns that Brook Lynn needs to write a letter to help Chase get reinstated to the police force. Or will that part be shielded by Dante when he realizes he may have spilled too much?
