GH spoilers for Thursday, November 18, 2021, reveal fatherly advice, escalating tension, a dangerous meeting, and so much more. You won’t want to miss an exciting moment of this new episode.

GH Spoilers Highlights

Events escalate on Cassadine Island. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) schemes with her mother about the best way for them to save Jason Morgan and get off the island. She tells Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) that if they get the opportunity, they kill Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Chances are this isn’t something that Liesl needs to be talked into — she’s been wanting this for a long time.

A guard tells Jason (Steve Burton) that time’s up. Peter has big plans for the man he’s always seemed to have big plans for — even back to when he kept him locked away for five years so he could use him one day to kill his own father, Faison. So what is Peter’s big plan for him now? To watch Jason die at his twin brother Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) hand?

General Hospital Spoilers: Dueling Grandmas

Back in Port Charles, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) sets the record straight. She tells Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) that keeping Wiley from Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) isn’t her decision to make. Carly then turns her venom on Nina herself and asks what it will take to keep her away from Wiley. After all, Nina promised Sonny Corinthos she’d stay away from his family.

Speaking of Sonny (Maurice Benard), he’s still at General Hospital and runs into his cousin. He gives a worried Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) fatherly advice. Brando wants to do something for Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), who is still in labor, but she chuckles and advises against it. It’s a good sign she can still joke around, right?

General Hospital: Loose Lips

Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) is definitely not joking. In fact, she’s steaming mad at Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), so she gets to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), determined to blow BLQ’s baby secret sky-high to the poor man who thinks he’s Bailey’s father. He asks if she’ll tell him why she’s so convinced Brook Lynn is playing him. Will Gladys spill?

If she does, it may blow up Maxie Jones’s (Kirsten Storms) world. Maxie is teetering on the edge as it is since she is thrown by Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) questioning. She wants to know what he thinks she and Brook Lynn are up to. Has he managed to put the pieces together? If he does, what will he do with the information?
