GH spoilers for Friday, November 11, 2022, reveal close calls, deep confessions, surprise visits, and so much more. You won’t want to miss an emotional moment of this new episode.
GH Spoilers Highlights
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) has to do her job and part of her job is finding fugitives, even if they are her friend and she knows they are innocent. To that end, she calls Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) down to the Port Charles Police Department to question him regarding what he knows about Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) little escape.
Sonny is not talking but he is definitely worried about Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and hopes that he turns up soon. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) seems to hope the same thing.
Meanwhile, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) pays a visit to Pentonville and learns her brother, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), has been looking after Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). As Laura and Cyrus catch up, Anna enters the conversation, and Cyrus assures her that Anna will be better off on the run and not in Pentonville.

We even get to see Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna in their little safe house, but a close moment is interrupted by an alarming noise outside. Has someone found them?
General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Gets Some News
While Josslyn worries about Dex, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) catch up. He tells her all about his evening with Heather Webber (Alley Mills) but also makes sure to bring up Spencer and tell Trina even more details about Spencer’s feelings for her.
This all makes Trina pause and rethink the direction her life is taking. It might also make her think about finally paying Spencer a visit in jail.
GH Spoilers: Britt Finally Opens Up
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has been keeping her Huntington’s Disease issue a secret from most people for over a year, but now that she is having health issues again, it is at the front of her mind.
GH spoilers say that Britt decides to confide in Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth), and she tells her friend (who should be her love interest) that she feels like she has a time bomb ticking in her brain.
