The GH recap for Thursday, November 10, 2022, features, Ava Jerome Cassadine getting some news she definitely didn’t expect — and this news changes everything.

In this episode, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) can’t wait to tell Ava (Maura West) that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is alive, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) had to sew up a shot Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) tried to apologize for a misdeed, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) ended up in the hospital, and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) finally got to enjoy her favorite BLT and fries. Now, let’s dig a little deeper and get the details.

When Elizabeth spotted Esme on the pier, she immediately call the police and reported seeing her, but then fell and hit her head when Esme tried to grab her phone. As Liz was in and out of it, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) showed up, called an ambulance, and dragged Esme back to Wyndemere where he told her he will somehow dispose of her after she gives birth. He also once again accused her of being The Hook but she vehemently denied it.
Liz ended up at the hospital with a concussion and confirmed to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Haper) she indeed saw Esme. She remembered seeing her with another person but when Jordan was around, she couldn’t remember who. Once alone, Elizabeth remembered seeing Nikolas, someone she will not rat out.
Meanwhile, when Victor got the news that Esme has been spotted, he quickly let Ava know that Esme is alive and well, with Ava realizing that once again, someone did NOT meet their death after flying off the parapet. Ava should know this. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) flung her over the parapet, she pushed Julian Jerome (William deVry) off the parapet, and somehow, Ava survived as did Julian.

General Hospital Recap: Apologies And Life-Saving Measures
Before Victor gave Ava the news, Ava and Nina were dining together and Ava managed to convince Nina she should apologize to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) for assuming Willow and TJ Ashford were having an affair. Nina magically found Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) in an oncology office and didn’t find this to be weird. However, when she apologized, Willow told her to drop dead.
It turned out that Josslyn was watching Wiley while Willow had her appointment and Josslyn was surprised when a bleeding Dex turned up at the door. She managed to find Nurse Willow’s suture kit and sew up Dex’s gunshot wound and then Dex took off again.
Josslyn cleaned everything up for when Willow and Michael got home and they were none the wiser about what happened in their living room.
GH Recap: Heather And Cam Chat
While Cameron Webber (William Lipton) was closing up at Kelly’s, he was surprised to see Heather sitting there wanting a BLT and fries. He recognized her as Franco Baldwin’s crazy mother and she recognized him as the kid she terrorized years ago.
Cameron managed to call Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and quickly let him know Heather Webber was there and he came alone with a gun and got her to drop a steak knife. Surprisingly, Heather went with Dante without a fight and seemed anxious and relieved to get back home — or at least to the asylum she considers to be her home.
