GH spoilers for Friday, May 13, 2022, reveal a day of parental pride and parental searches in Port Charles. You won’t want to miss an emotional moment of this new episode.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) feels like she lost everything. First, she believed she lost her mother and now she knows that Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) wasn’t her mother after all, so who is? What family does she have? While some people have the answers, Willow does not and she wants answers.
To that end, she turns to super private investigator Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) for help and Sam promises she will be there for Willow and help her find her real mother. Perhaps this is appropriate as Sam was the first person to discover Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was alive and out of her coma when Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills) told everyone she had died.
Elsewhere, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) tries to assure Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is a good father and does care but Michael doesn’t want to hear it.
Meanwhile, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is stewing in her information about Nina and Willow and trying to decide what to do about it, but that doesn’t stop her from taking a break on the new nail salon set to have a mani-pedi with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) may not be there for each other anymore (although they are unknowingly still married), but they are there for others. Jordan checks on her son at the hospital as she knows TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) had a hard time when he lost Harmony as a patient.
As for Curtis, he spends some time with Nina and asks her how she is doing. We are sure Nina will just blurt everything out since she likes telling people all her troubles.
Rather than a Nurses’ Ball during May sweeps, in 2022 we get a school festival in which Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) will perform. Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) gather in support of Leo. Since Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Sonny are also there, does that mean Scout Cain and Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) are also involved?
While Ned tries to be a supportive parent, he is also stewing in the fact that Michael and Drew want to shut him out of ELQ. While he discusses this with Brook Lynn, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) tells Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) that if the Quartermaines remain a united front, he will lose ELQ. This just might be Valentin’s lucky day.
