Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) finally put two and two together and got Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is a lying liar who lies. She’s known since last year that Nina Reeves is Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) mother and lies straight to his face and tells him otherwise. In fact, she manipulated him and led him on a wild goose chase as he searched for Willow’s birth parents.
When Drew confronts Carly for her deceit after she finally feels a need to confess the truth, she defends herself to the hilt. She lied for Willow’s sake and for Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) sake. After all, the woman who had just tried to kill her and locked her in a car trunk hours earlier had a deathbed wish so who was Carly to deny it? She couldn’t help that she hurt Nina in the process. Will Drew buy what she is selling and actually forgive her?
Meanwhile, Nina is still reeling over the fact that Willow has cancer and, apparently, delayed treatment for months. Believing that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) made her do it, she asks him why he didn’t consider Wiley. Then, she makes a very important phone call.

To that end, Brook Lynn devises a little plan to try to win Chase back with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) as help, but will it work, or is it really too late for them to work things out?
