General Hospital spoilers update for June 7 – 11, 2021, reveals a welcome surprise, a promising phone call, and a heartfelt conversation.
General Hospital — The Week Ahead
Brook Lynn introduces Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) to their new baby girl! Valentin, being none-the-wiser that this isn’t his baby at all, shares a warm moment with his new family. He’ll be crushed when the truth eventually comes out.
Over in Nixon Falls, Mike (Maurice Benard) gets some advice from Lenny (Rif Hutton), while Nina (Cynthia Watros) receives a promising phone call. Maybe the advice given out by Lenny will be helpful later when Mike finds himself in a situation with Phyllis (Joyce Guy). The two are caught by surprise, but by whom?
There are better and brighter days ahead for Chase (Josh Swickard). Spoilers show his health appears to be improving. In fact, it looks like he is feeling well enough to have a heartfelt conversation with Jackie (Kim Delaney) and Gregory (Gregory Chase).
General Hospital Weekly Recap
Austin (Roger Howarth) helped Maxie (Kirsten Storms) birth her baby moments before the deranged nurse turned up. She knocked out the doc and chased Maxie through the woods. Thankfully, she fell down an old mine shaft. Maxie called Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) to pick up Louise then she went to the hospital and announced to everyone, including Peter (Wes Ramsey) that the nurse kidnapped her child.
Peter managed to stay one step ahead of the cops but he could not outrun Finn (Michael Easton). Their confrontation took a deadly turn when Finn pushed Peter down the stairs. Liz (Rebecca Herbst) saw it all and together they pronounced Peter most sincerely dead and left him in the stairwell for someone else to find.
Cyrus (Jeff Kober) took Portia (Brook Kerr) and Trina (Sydney Mikayla) hostage as he went off the rails. Laura (Genie Francis) convinced him to take her instead and Cyrus agreed. He made it clear he either walk away as a free man or he would kill them both.
