General Hospital spoilers update for April 5 – 9, 2021 reveal a mysterious parcel, deep reflections, and someone asking — deal or no deal?
Ava (Maura West) is not going to be thrilled to receive surprises in the future after her latest predicament. Her stalker is back at it again with another ominous package. Could it actually be worse than the cockroach? Our guess is this is just the beginning of her troubles.
With a three-year prison sentence hanging over her head, Alexis knows it is time to face the music. Life couldn’t get much worse for her, with the only saving grace she has is knowing that the murder charges she faced were dropped. Watch for Alexis to lean on her family and friends this week as she prepares to don an orange jumpsuit and do the time for her crime. She will have to stop and ponder where did she go so wrong to end up at this moment.
With half of Port Charles trying to bring him down, Cyrus (Jeff Kober) is running out of allies and options. In his latest attempt to get the mayor on his side, he asks Laura (Genie Francis) to strike a deal with him. He’ll be sad to learn that she isn’t having any of it and swiftly turns him down.

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) went before a judge with Diane, her family, and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) by her side. She pled guilty against all their advice. Dante tried to save her by taking the stand and asking for leniency but it didn’t do much good. The judge sentenced Alexis to three years in prison (then again, it could have been much worse). She reports to prison in one week.
Carly (Laura Wright) flexed her muscles and stepped into Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) role, sort of. She issued warning shots to Cyrus (Jeff Kober) and Peter (Wes Ramsey). If Jason goes down, so do they. She made it clear she was not playing around.
Maxie (Kirsten Storms) told Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) about her bombshell scheme to save her daughter from Peter’s clutches. She was going to fake the baby’s death, send her away, and join her when Peter was finally behind bars. She begged Britt to help her pull it off.
