General Hospital Weekly Update: Admissions, Assumptions, and Advice

General Hospital spoilers weekly update for November 29 – December 3, 2021, tease the week ahead is full of Thanksgiving traditions, a new couple making an important move, and a disturbing phone call begging to upend the peace. Tune in next week so you can catch all of the action in Port Charles!

General Hospital — Weekly Recap

Peter August (Wes Ramsey) didn’t let a little thing like being arrested get him down, especially after Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) made the mistake of sending him alone with their agents. Peter manipulated the officers into not only cuffing him in front of his body but allowing him a phone call – which he used to get ahold of Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).

An explosion on Cassadine Island resulted in Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) being presumed dead. Everyone else made it out but Jason was lost in the rubble with no signs of life to be found. Anna had the daunting task of breaking the news to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), and Leisl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

Chase (Josh Swickard) figured out Bailey is Louise and stepped up and staked claim to “Baby Bailey.” Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) fell for the lie, as did BLQ’s family. Maxie breathed a sigh of relief about her daughter still being safe…for now, at least.

The GH Week Ahead

Thanksgiving traditions are in full swing for some, while others are beginning traditions all their own. Starting new traditions together, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) gather around the dinner table for a Thanksgiving meal. Of course, no night is complete without a little drama, and General Hospital spoilers tease these two are in for an eventful night.

Who else, but a presumed dead, Drew Cain to show up announced at her door. That isn’t the only shock of the night Sam receives. Drew also comes bearing terrible news. Jason is missing on Cassadine Island, and no one believes he made it out alive. The news leaves Sam reeling and worried sick about her and Danny’s future.

Meanwhile, a disturbing phone call has Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) on high alert and seeking out help from Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). Afterward, he heads to see Brando (Johnny Wactor) where Sonny imparts his wisdom and knowledge on how to be the best father to new dad Brando Corbin.

It seems no one in Port Charles is going to have a relaxing Thanksgiving full of turkey and football. Alexis Davis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) holiday dinner takes a turn. For the worse or better is unclear. But what comes next has Alexis carefully weighing all of her options.
