General Hospital spoilers reveal wedding day woes, acts of revenge, evil triumphs, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a moment of this exciting new episode.
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is so good at weddings that she is ready for her third one in three years. From a Quartermaine living room wedding to a deathbed wedding and now a combo deal of a Quartermaine living room-deathbed wedding. Sure, Willow is not in bed for the ceremony, but considering that she has stage four cancer that hasn’t been treated in months, she should be.
Instead, she is ready to take a walk down the aisle with both Carly (Laura Wright) and Wiley giving her away because Drew (Cameron Mathison) has to rescue the world from a madman trying to reverse climate change by wiping out half of humanity. Before Willow takes her walk, Carly does her best to hide her worry as Dante and Chase are there to support the groom.
Too bad the whole wedding might be blown to bits cause Carly and Nina (Cynthia Watros) will forever be enemies, and Willow couldn’t just show some grace and invite her own mother to her wedding. Nina’s impulsiveness is her own worst enemy, but she has BFF Ava (Maura West) there to tell her she did the right thing by calling the SEC.
While Robert (Tristan Rogers) is thrilled to have Holly (Emma Samms) back in Port Charles, Diane is not, but she had to hide her disappointment for Robert’s sake and her pride’s sake. Holly has important information for Robert that can lead to Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) — or at least clue Robert and Anna (Finola Hughes) in on what he is really up to with his twisted vision that involves wiping out half of humanity.

Anna and Robert realize that Laura (Genie Francis), Drew, Curtis (Donnell Turner), and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) have walked right into a trap, and she feels helpless being unable to stop them.
Victor is finally where he wants to be — off the coast of Greenland, where his pathogen that can kill off all mankind can be found. He has spent decades searching for this substance hidden by his late brother Mikkos, and now it is all his to do with what he wants.
However, he needs to make sure his heirs are protected. As Victor celebrates his triumph, does Liesl (Kathleen Gati) find a way to create a vaccine — or at least make Victor think she has one ready to go? Using Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) as guinea pigs is the only way Liesl has of keeping them alive, and they realize she is trying to help them.
