General Hospital spoilers reveal family surprises, legal woes, big dilemmas, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
It’s been a week since Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) took a journey into the light with Harmony (Inga Cadranel) and decided she’d much rather stay with Michael (Chad Duell) and her children. Still, she remained unconscious with hopes that the baby would be able to provide stem cells and cure her cancer. With Austin (Roger Howarth) delivering some medical news after a busy night at Wyndemere, does he have a positive report for the new mom?
Finally, Willow wakes up and the first thing she thinks about is her big, healthy newborn. As Michael and the rest of the family gather around her, Sonny (Maurice Benard) can only watch as he feels like he is on the outside looking in.
While Nina (Cynthia Watros) is most certainly relieved that Willow’s baby has been born and Willow survived the C-section, she still wants to have a relationship with her and isn’t sure how that can ever happen. Willow made it clear before her surgery that she was nowhere near ready for that, but Nina has been waiting a lifetime.

At least she has her Aunt Liesl (Kathleen Gati) to confide in as she laments her woes and debates what to do about the fact that she saw Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Carly (Laura Wright) in a public embrace. She can tell they are hiding secrets and still feels a need to enact revenge on Carly. Will Liesl be able to stop her?
Finn (Michael Easton) is still in shock after learning what Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) was really up to with Nikolas (Adam Huss) at Wyndemere. Sure, a pregnancy was involved, but it was not Elizabeth’s pregnancy — it was Esme’s.
With Elizabeth thinking of turning herself in as an accessory to a kidnapping, Finn seeks some advice from former lawyer Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who seems to dole out more legal counseling now than when she was still practicing law. Will she wonder who this supposed friend is that Finn is talking about?
As for Liz, she is still feeling all sorts of guilt and confuses Laura (Genie Francis) when she tells her she is not as great a person as Laura seems to think she is.
