The General Hospital recap features Anna Devane and Felicia devising a brand-new plan to bring down Victor.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
In this episode, Laura laid it on thick with Deputy Mayor Eileen, and then Eileen told Victor she wanted out of their deal. Victor also spent some time with Spencer and was shocked to learn he plans to sue for custody of Esme’s baby. At Wyndemere, Ava was convinced she killed Nikolas, and Austin was there to help with the cleanup. Also, Curtis and Portia’s rehearsal dinner also got underway with Portia’s family arriving in town. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the details.
General Hospital Recap: Anna Devane And Felicia Have A Plan
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) was sad that he has to miss all this time with Charlotte (Amelie McLain), and Anna (Finola Hughes) tried to comfort him until Felicia (Kristina Wagner) showed up at the safe house talking in code. Valentin figured out that Anna and Felicia were ready to pretend Anna was a ghost, and Anna admitted she’d already made a recording. Valentin assured them Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) would never fall for it, but it wasn’t Victor they were haunting.

At Kelly’s, Laura told Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) all about how Anna and Valentin were dead, and she was horrified. She ran straight to Victor and told him when she agreed to work for him, she thought nobody would be killed. When she announced she wanted out of their deal, Victor informed her that was not going to happen. Eileen still thought she would get what she wanted, but when she got to her car, all she could hear was Anna’s voice coming through the radio, telling her she is next.
GH Recap: What A Night At Wyndemere
Ava (Maura West) freaked out when she saw Nikolas’s (Adam Huss) body fall to the floor. When she couldn’t get him to wake up, she assumed he was dead, but also had to deal with Austin (Roger Howarth) knocking at the door. After sending Austin to another room to wait for her, Ava somehow moved Nikolas’s body to the stables, but Austin apparently followed her there.
A distraught Ava explained what happened and lamented that she fears Victor killing her more than she fears the law. Austin didn’t seem deterred and told her he’d just help her cover up the crime. Ava was confused about this, but it sounded like a good plan.
Over at GH, Spencer and Victor discussed Spencer’s plans to raise Nikolas and Esme’s baby. Victor was shocked at first but then thought his nephew must be a genius and was happy he put his trust in him.
GH Recap: A Family Affair For Curtis Ashford And Portia
It was time for Portia (Brook Kerr) and Curtis’s (Donnell Turner) rehearsal dinner at The Savoy, and Portia was thrilled when her father and brother arrived, a surprise arranged by Curtis. He even arranged for her ailing mother to receive home care while her family was in Port Charles. However, Portia was later dismayed to hear Stella had backed out of attending and officiating the wedding and that Laura would be officiating instead. She called Stella and left a message asking her what was wrong.
Trina (Tabyana Ali) was happy to see her grandfather and uncle but made it a point of asking Molly (Haley Pullos) if the DA’s office was close to nailing Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl). Molly was forced to tell her the charges might be dropped altogether.
Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and Taggert (Réal Andrews) chose to skip the dinner and have a meal at Kelly’s instead. Jordan admitted she still feels a need to protect Curtis, and Taggert told her that is Portia’s job now because she will be the spouse. He then blamed himself for Portia having an affair with Curtis, and Jordan assured him she did not think Portia would cheat this time around.
