General Hospital spoilers reveal shocking revelations, secret machinations, parental fears, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a moment of this heart-stopping episode.
Now that Nina (Cynthia Watros) finally knows that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is her daughter, she is determined to make sure the foolish young woman doesn’t die. She also needs Willow to know the truth. As expected, Willow doesn’t take the news very well.
Just as Nina didn’t believe Carly (Laura Wright) when she first told her that she had twins, Willow doesn’t want to believe that Nina is her mother and that Nelle, of all people, is her twin sister. It’s just too horrifying to bear, and Willow lets Nina know that despite being related, they will never have a relationship. It’s a good thing for Willow’s life that Nina just doesn’t care what Willow has to say.
Elsewhere, Sonny (Maurice Benard) questions Carly about what went on in the chapel with Nina after hearing her express feelings of guilt. Will she tell him what her guilt is all about?

Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is determined to make sure another child doesn’t grow up like him, so he enlists Diane’s (Carolyn Hennesy) help and tells her that Esme’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) baby is never going to know its parents. Does he plan to pull a Michael (Chad Duell) and sue for custody of his sibling the same way Michael got custody of Avery as an infant? As for Esme, she looks like she is in pain at the hospital. What is going on with this baby Spencer seems to want?
Meanwhile, Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) still plan to keep what they did to Esme a secret, but they need to get their stories straight before people start suspecting things. The Port Charles Police Department and Victor already know something is up with the north tower at Wyndemere, so on Monday, Nikolas updates Elizabeth on what’s going on, and they fear their cover might be blown soon.
Portia (Brook Kerr) still can’t believe that Trina (Tabyana Ali) is allowing herself to grow closer to Spencer. After all that he did to her and all the pain he put her through, how can she still be friends with this young man and give him another chance?
Curtis (Donnell Turner) pretty much heard their conversation, and now he has some advice for his fiancée. Portia tells him she will put a stop to this friendship, and Curtis is willing to respect her boundaries for a change. Curtis warns Portia that she might drive Trina away or either further into Spencer’s arms with her actions. Will Portia take Curtis’s advice?
