General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Still reeling from her emotional visit with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), Maxie (Kirsten Storms) visits Nathan’s gravesite as she debates why she is so connected with Peter (Wes Ramsey) despite people’s doubts. Is their love more about Maxie missing that connection with Nathan or can their love withstand any objections and no doubt Peter’s impending takedown?

Wallowing in her own grief, Nina (Cynthia Watros) shows up at the cemetery, where Maxie’s emotional rollercoaster continues. She tearfully asks Nina what she has to do to get some acceptance from people in her life regarding Peter and the impending birth of their child.

Old Love or New?

Carly (Laura Wright) insists to Jax (Ingo Rademacher) that they need to make sure that Nina doesn’t push the news that Nelle was indeed her daughter any further. Jax tries to assure her that Nina is her ally, so Carly shouldn’t be looking at her as a continued threat.

It’s clear that Jax will soon have to decide where his loyalty truly lies–is it with Carly, the mother of his child, or with Nina, who is his future? Since everyone thinks that Sonny (Maurice Bernard) is indeed dead, will this push an already needy Carly more into Jax’s arms?

Hope For Reconnection

Finn (Michael Easton), Chase (Josh Swickard), and Gregory (Gregory Harrison) try to connect on a deeper level. Chase, who has always wanted his dad and brother to reestablish their relationship, still has no idea that Finn could actually be his father after his affair with Jackie (Kim Delaney).

Finn, who is the only of the trio who does know what’s at stake, wonders what he has to gain by finding out the truth. Is his need to know whether Chase is indeed his son worth jeopardizing both his relationship with his father and with maybe-brother? General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC.
