Nelle (Chloe Lanier) confronts Carly (Laura Wright) after she locks her out on the hospital roof. Carly knows desperate times call for desperate measures and she won’t budge until Nelle does the right thing by her grandson. Nelle finally does as asked but at what cost? She’s not the type to back down without repercussions.

Michael’s (Chad Duell) thrilled, not choosing to look a gift horse in the mouth but Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) wonders what happened to change Nelle’s mind. Carly smirks to herself and shrugs it off, knowing she did what she had to do. As they all wait together, Monica (Leslie Charleson) arrives and has good news. Is Wiley finally out of the woods?

Someone else with parent issues is Sam (Kelly Monaco), who is kicking herself over how she treated Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Sam tells Molly (Haley Pullos) how she laced into their mom in a way that was incredibly unfair. But Sam isn’t the only sibling with issues — Molly tells Sam she is angry. Will Sam have any wise words?

Poor Portia

Portia continues to have a busy day. After dealing with Sonny she gets a shock from Curtis (Donnell Turner) when he tells her that he told Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) everything. After all, she is his wife and they have no secrets. Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) reminds Jordan that she’s doing what is necessary to save her son’s life.

With Portia busy, Trina (Sydney Mikayla) confides in Ava (Maura West) that she messed everything up with Cameron (William Lipton) while he tells Franco (Roger Howarth) that he made everything worse when he kissed Trina.
