General Hospital spoilers for Friday, March 27, 2020, reveal characters flying off the handle, as well as some clever detective work. You won’t want to miss a moment of this dramatic episode.
Carly (Laura Wright) is by her son’s side at the hospital as Wiley faces his biggest crisis yet. Michael (Chad Duell) tells her how Nelle is refusing to allow the surgery that could save their son’s life. Don’t worry, Michael. Mama will handle everything as Carly heads off to confront Nelle.
What seems like Nelle (Chloe Lanier) just being contrary could be the young woman just being scared to death. There is real fear in her eyes as she tells someone (Carly?) that she won’t let anyone cut into her son. Let’s not forget — Nelle had her kidney stolen without her consent so this may be playing into things.
Looks like Daddy problems are running rampant for the Corinthos clan as Sonny (Maurice Benard) receives a call about Mike (Max Gail). It looks like he’s taken a turn for the worse, which with everything else Sonny is going through, could send the mobster over the edge.

Sonny may be on edge but Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has tumbled right off it. A fight with daughter Sam (Kelly Monaco) sends the lawyer back to the bottle, she will hopefully realize that she needs help — badly. It looks like Alexis turns to an unlikely ally. But who would that be?
Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) surprises Ava (Maura West) but it looks like Ava is all set to pose for Franco (Roger Howarth). Could he be making more headway with her portrait? Meanwhile, Ava’s intern Trina (Sydney Mikayla) is grilled by Josslyn (Eden McCoy) about Cam.
Anna (Finola Hughes) runs into Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and the younger woman certainly has words for her mother’s nemesis. She notes that arresting Liesl has become a habit for the WSB agent. Finn (Michael Easton) is standing there, observing. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
