General Hospital spoilers reveal confrontations, plans gone wrong, dangerous alliances, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a moment of this intense episode.
All an amnesiac Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) knows about Ava (Maura West) is that she was on Spoon Island the night all hell broke loose with her parents, and she gave birth to Ace on Ava’s living room floor. She doesn’t remember seducing Ava’s husband or even stalking her, much less the fact that Ava was responsible for her first fall off the Wyndemere parapet.
However, Ava remembers it all, and she made it clear to Felicia (Kristina Wagner) that she wants Esme to pay for everything she has done, memory or no memory. When Ava spots Esme with Ace in the hospital, she lays into her with everything she has wanted to say for months, but Esme is ready to fight back. She is adamant that she doesn’t remember what Ryan had her do to torture Ava and is very clear with her that she hopes Nikolas (Adam Huss) remains missing.
Later, Austin (Roger Howarth) and Ava meet up to discuss the missing Nikolas and what really happened to him, seeing that Austin knows a lot more about that than Ava does.
After his morning with Esme at the hospital to take care of Big Baby Ace, Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is more determined than ever to make sure that Esme does not raise his baby brother, and he knows that Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) can help him accomplish his goal.

Of course, Victor wants Spencer to help him accomplish his own goal. All hope for his family is now pinned on Spencer, and Victor wants his loyalty and cooperation. Before Victor agrees to anything, he forces Spencer to tell him that he will not argue with anything Victor asks of him. Will Spencer make that promise?
With the Nurses Ball almost about to begin, Lucy (Lynn Herring) is absolutely frantic that it will be a disaster — mainly because it is happening without her taking charge of everything. She is even more frantic than if she were running the ball all by herself. She just knows something is about to go horribly wrong.
Meanwhile, Felicia is playing double duty as a support for Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and her ball planning and as a support for Anna (Finola Hughes), Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), and Lucy at the safe house. The team of Maxie and Felicia is about to experience a setback, and they have to figure out how to handle it without having Lucy there and out in the open.
Finally, Carly (Laura Wright) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) end up at the Quartermaine gatehouse at the same time. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) once again looks down for the count. Carly wonders what happened, but GH spoilers say that the women finally set their differences aside. Will they help Willow together?
