General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, August 12, 2020 reveal cautious optimism, explosive confrontations, and outright lies. You won’t want to miss a dramatic moment of this new episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

The pressure in the custody case for Wiley builds to an extreme, causing Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to run out the door — straight into Carly (Laura Wright). There’s no way Michael’s (Chad Duell) mother will let her new daughter-in-law bail on her son and she gives her a much-needed pep talk.

Meanwhile, inside the courtroom, Michael and Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) are on one side while shellshocked-looking Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is on the other — all sides on pins and needles as the judge announces his declaration of who gets sole custody of Wiley, changing their lives forever.

Jason Wakes Up

Sam (Lindsay Hartley) gets good news. Jason (Steve Burton) finally wakes up but he doesn’t seem to know what happened as he asks why he’s there. If he’s confused about how he got to the hospital, could he be confused about other things — like maybe who he is or who Sam is? This isn’t exactly Jason’s first rodeo with memory loss, after all.

While Sonny (Maurice Benard) is worried about his BFF, he’s also worried about his dad and spends some time with him when Mike (Max Gail) appears to have a lucid moment. He tells his son that he’s ready to go home. Without Jason to help him through, Sonny looks to Felix (Marc Anthony Samuel) for support. Will Felix have wise words for him?

General Hospital’s Future In Lucy’s Hands

Who would have ever thought that the future of GH would lie in Lucy’s (Lynn Herring) hands and yet this is where Port Charles finds itself. She is poised to break the tie between the Quartermaines and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). She will declare her allegiance to one side, but who will it be?

Jax (Ingo Rademacher) offers Nina (Cynthia Watros) words of encouragement. Something has happened in her search for her daughter that has them both optimistic as Jax declares it could be the break she’s been waiting for. But is her lead going to take her down the right path? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
