General Hospital spoilers reveal new struggles, serious threats, last hopes, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional new episode
Spencer’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) determination to raise his baby brother seems to hit a snag and it could be thanks to Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) wanting to keep her child with her if she ends up having to serve time. He still has Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) as his lawyer and she informs him why he can’t take the baby home.

Meanwhile, GH spoilers say that Esme’s perception changes. Does she realize having her baby in prison might not be the best choice for him, or does she start to see her entire situation in a brand-new light? As she learns what Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Nikolas (Adam Huss) did to her, Liz tries to explain herself.
Speaking of Elizabeth, she has to deal with Victor’s (Charles Shaughnessy) wrath as he makes a threat. Her confession can do great damage to his family, and he just can’t have that.
Ava (Maura West) really thought she killed her husband, but now she knows that can’t be true. As Austin (Roger Howarth) said, dead bodies just don’t pick themselves up and walk away. This puts her in even more of a bind as she tries to figure out where Nikolas is before he can rat her out.
GH spoilers tease that Ava opens up to Sonny (Maurice Benard) on Monday. Does she tell him everything that happened with Nikolas in the hopes Sonny can help find him? We can see Sonny being on her side once he learns that Ava clocked Nik over the head with that statue because he was threatening to take Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola).
Meanwhile, Austin meets with his cousin Mason (Nathanyael Grey) and wonders if he was responsible for Nikolas’s disappearance.
After a few days at home, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is back at the hospital to ready herself for a bone marrow transplant. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) encounters her when she arrives, and Willow has some words with her new aunt. Hopefully, they are words of gratitude.
Finally, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) remains resolved to get Gregory (Gregory Harrison) to work with her at The Invader, but Gregory is still resistant. However, a call to Port Charles University filled her in on the truth — or at least part of the truth.
When Alexis calls him out, what will he say? It seems clear that Gregory is hiding something and it is most likely a health problem. Remember, Finn (Michael Easton) was treating him for Lyme disease when he first appeared on the Port Charles scene.
