General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 13, 2020 reveal shocking news, a meaningful reunion, and a dangerous encounter. You won’t want to miss an explosive moment of this new episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Sonny (Maurice Benard) has been in an information blackout so when Lulu (Emme Rylan) breaks the news to him that ELQ and the board have given Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) a foothold into the hospital, it will certainly come as a shock. Spoilers reveal that Lulu asks for a favor. Does she ask Sonny to step up to save the hospital instead?

In another part of the hospital, Carly (Laura Wright) is optimistic. She finally gets in to see her BFF, now awake after his motorcycle crash, but she tells Jason (Steve Burton) he needs to meet her halfway. Does she want him to stop putting himself in dangerous situations so she doesn’t have to use her special power? Meanwhile, Sam (Lindsay Hartley) gets terrible news.

Liz Stands Her Ground

In yet another corridor of General Hospital, Franco (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) are at odds — looking like Ava and Nikolas’s manipulations are taking hold. Liz tells him not to use her or the kids as an excuse — could Franco be thinking of bailing on the portrait reveal party?

Speaking of the party, Nik (Marcus Coloma) and Ava (Maura West) have a heart-to-heart talk. Ava says something that she means (or does she?), but Nik’s not so sure — and asks her to prove it. Will Ava be able to convince him?

Down and Out

Ava may be the queen of deception, but Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) is the face of it — or at least the company with that name. Pressure continues to mount as she faces a downward spiral. It doesn’t help when she gets another drug offer. Will she go for the easy fix?

Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) has it out with Ned (Wally Kurth) over his behavior towards his daughter. It gets her very emotional, especially since she can’t be with her own child and would do anything to be with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), so she attempts to smooth things over between Ned and Brook Lynn. But will that work? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
