General Hospital spoilers reveal two celebratory and sad weeks in Port Charles as a beloved character is remembered and 60 years of a hospital is celebrated with music, magic, and memories.
Trina (Tabyana Ali) has to contend with the fact that Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) and Ace are living in Laura’s apparently large apartment with Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), but that doesn’t mean they can’t enjoy some time together at the Nurses Ball where Trina will certainly be dressed for success. Trina will be performing and she and Spencer have an important heart-to-heart talk.
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) would love to be at the ball and maybe he does make it to play piano and serenade Anna (Finola Hughes), but if he does not, it’s for a good reason. He needs to bring Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) down. Of course, this will be easier said than done when Victor starts to suspect that he is falling into a trap.
Despite the fact that Terry (Cassandra James) gave Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) two weeks to live in February, she is still around in April just waiting on that bone marrow transplant that will be any day now, right? At least she and Michael (Chad Duell) share some quality time together. Hopefully, he doesn’t bring his immuno-compromised fiance to a ball.
Trina attempts to run interference. She wants to keep the peace between Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and her family.
Laura (Genie Francis) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) have a heart-to-heart. It’s all about Nikolas and Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl)

Scott (Kin Shriner) opens up to Laura. His life with Liesl (Kathleen Gati) is anything but paradise.
Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) assists Robert (Tristan Rogers). Does she get him to the ax bar?

Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Carly (Laura Wright) set their differences aside. It’s a one-day thing for the ball.

The Nurses’ Ball performances get underway. Who will show off their singing and dancing talents this year?

Anna is alarmed. So much for that romantic gesture.
Trina and Spencer have an important conversation. They need to know where they go from here.
Brook Lynn is irate. What has her so furious? Could it be Linc (Dan Buran)?
