General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, June 13 reveal a day of surprises in Pentonville as well as surprises in Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.

Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) is stuck in the Pentonville infirmary knowing he was robbed of an organ. But, what can he do about it at this point? He’s caught and there’s nobody to help him.

But, then he gets a visitor in his room he recognizes from Ferncliff. Why, yes, it’s Nelle (Chloe Lanier), the woman Ryan somehow had replace Kevin when Jason and Same came investigating. They got her firmly back into Pentonville and we haven’t heard from her again till now.

Will she help Ryan or does she want Ryan to somehow help her? After all, there’s a lot going on in Port Charles she might want to be involved in.

Wiley/Jonah
Like the case of Wiley, of course — the little boy she handed to Brad (Parry Shen) in place of Willow’s dead baby he had in the back seat of his car.

Brad is freaking out as bad as he was that night on the side of the road, but the mobsters reassure him all will be well. Julian (William deVry) advises he stop freaking out as usual.

And, now Sonny (Maurice Benard) is even involved and he swears to protect Wiley at all costs. Little does Sonny know that Wiley is Jonah. Heck, even Julian doesn’t know that part of the tale.

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is also freaking out because Shiloh is walking free. Michael (Chad Duell) reassures her that Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) can never prove a baby was born.

But, of course, Shiloh has already proven a baby was born because his charming smile and rugged good looks can get women to do anything for him, apparently.

Take Harmony (Inga Cardranel) for example. She went to jail for him and tomorrow she prays Shiloh will get her out of there. Will she finally learn her lesson?

Carly’s Mad
Finally, there’s Carly (Laura Wright) who learns about Nina’s plans for Crimson from Jax and becomes incensed that Ava (Maura West) gets to have nice things.
