General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, February 20, 2020, reveal an emotion-filled day of confessions and suspicions. You won’t want to miss a moment of this dramatic episode.
Lucas (Ryan Carnes) is furious at Brad (Parry Shen) and he wants to know who else was in on this caper with him. As Brad tries to make amends, no one is having any of it. But they are also wasting valuable time because as they throw around accusations, something sinister is afoot.
That’s because Nelle (Chloe Lanier) has overtaken Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), grabbed the baby, and is heading for Argentina. She tucks the boy into his seat and tells him that he and Mommy are going on a little trip. But the word will leak out and Chase (Josh Swickard) is frantic.
Jason (Steve Burton) reports to Sonny (Maurice Benard) that Cyrus suffered a serious blow due to what they did — blowing up his $20 million worth of merchandise. But Sonny doesn’t feel like they did nearly enough and wants to end things with Renault once and for all. But how will they do that?

Jason offers his opinion but soon he’ll get a life-changing phone call from Sam (Kelly Monaco) telling him there’s something that Sonny needs to know — namely that Michael’s son is alive. Sonny tries to make sense of a situation but really — can anyone wrap their heads around Nelle and Brad’s crazy actions?
Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) comes in contact with an old enemy. When she goes to see Cyrus (Jeff Kober) in prison, he tells her he was wondering when he was going to see her again. Is this just a normal run-of-the-mill cop hates criminal thing or did something personal go down between these two?
After Curtis (Donnell Turner) witnesses the family reunion between Trina (Sydney Mikayla) and Taggert (Réal Andrews) he sticks his nose in where it doesn’t belong and Taggert comes close to cutting it off for him.
