General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, December 11, 2019, reveal a day of urgency and guilt. You won’t want to miss a moment of this dramatic episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

After hearing the news of Brad’s (Parry Shen) car accident, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is desperate to get out of Pentonville. She tells her shady lawyer, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), that she has to get out of there immediately. Then she makes a call. Will whoever is on the other end have the answer she wants?

One person is out of Pentonville… and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is shocked when she sees Harmony (Inga Cadranel).

She’s even more surprised when she goes on about her grandson but Willow lets her know, in no uncertain terms, that she is not Wiley’s grandmother… but will her mom listen?

Michael (Chad Duell) is also worried about Wiley — and he doesn’t even realize he’s the boy’s father. He knows things are bad with Lucas (Ryan Carnes) but luckily little sister Joss (Eden McCoy) tries to calm Michael’s fears about his godson’s father’s condition.

Guilty Conscience

Julian (William deVry) remains remorseful and feels that everything that’s happened is his fault (which it is)… but it looks like he actually says the words out loud. Will he be believed or will whomever it is just assume he’s making everything about him?

At the Corinthos household, everything is about Mike (Max Gail) and Carly (Laura Wright) is alarmed. Sonny (Maurice Benard) is devastated about his dad’s deterioration and tells Carly he won’t sit around and watch his father die. So… what exactly is Sonny’s plan for his father?

Lulu (Emme Rylan) still feels guilty about her blowup with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) in front of Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) but she’s not the only one who feels that way. She and Olivia commiserate as Dante’s mother reveals how she wishes she could do something to help her suffering son.

Speaking of Brook Lynn, Ned (Wally Kurth) wants to pick up where they left off before all hell breaks loose on Thanksgiving — when he overheard her sounding nervous on the phone.

He wants to know what could go so wrong so fast. Will she actually confide in her dad? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
