Mike’s Bad Idea
In a lucid moment, Mike (Max Gail) overheard Sonny (Maurice Benard) fear his actions decades ago could be the thing that brings him down in the end.

Mike realizes digging up that body and taking it to Port Charles might have been the biggest mistake he made in his life. At least as a father. Under some pretty wild circumstances.

And now? Well, Mike’s ready to right a wrong and begs Sonny to let him bury that body and all the baggage it came with once and for all.

However, Sonny’s also been looking at assisted living facilities for his father and knows it’s a disaster to let Mike get involved with any harebrained mob schemes.

Nina’s Discovery?
Nina (Michelle Stafford) also has a hare-brained idea when looking through her mother’s belongings.

Considering she’s been hanging out with Liesl (Kathleen Gati) again, this could involve her crazy aunt. But will it lead her down a path she never expected?

Liesl did overhear Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) talking in the chapel and seems to suspect he had a part in her sister’s death. Does she know about the baby who never died? (Like she knows Nelle’s baby was born alive.)

Absolute Heartbreak
Back in Port Charles, Oscar (Garren Stitt) is released from the hospital but continues to have no clue he has an inoperable brain tumor and is dying.

Still, he and Joss (Eden McCoy) make a pact to get to know each other even better. They’re ready to move forward thinking they have all the time in the world.

However, Drew (Billy Miller) and Jason (Steve Burton) both try convincing Kim (Tamara Braun) she’s making the wrong decision not telling Oscar what’s going on.

Jason remains diplomatic, and then Sam (Kelly Monaco) walks in on all this and is quite confused.
