General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, August 21 promise a day of sadness in Port Charles… along with a lot of suspicions. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
Mother Of A Secret
Brad’s (Parry Shen) ramblings to Julian (William deVry), plus Julian’s intuition that the baby he saw at Alexis’s house was not the same baby he saw in the hospital, sparks his curiosity at just what the heck is going on here.
As the town gathers to say goodbye to Baby ‘Jonah,’ Julian launches his own investigation and he starts by asking Brad just whose baby is living in his house because he knows it’s not the one he took those pictures of on his phone.
Will Brad confess the truth, considering that he’ll at least have someone to confide in who wants to see Lucas (Ryan Carnes) happy as much as he does?
Tragedy And Grief
While all this is going on, family and friends mourn the baby Michael (Chad Duell) thinks died.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) is there to console Carly (Laura Wright) on the loss of her grandchild, while the day brings up tragic memories for Sam (Kelly Monaco).
She reflects on her loss with Jason (Steve Burton) as she recalls all those years ago when she had a stillborn little girl named Lila. Sam tells Jason if it wasn’t for him, she’s not sure how she would have survived.

That’s why Michael’s loss is hitting her so hard, as well as the possible loss her brother is facing. And, Sam doesn’t even know the half of it.
Kristina’s Problems
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) just wants to save Brad and Lucas any more heartache, but even she doesn’t know the half of it, despite bringing them a baby to begin with. However, she also has to deal with Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth).
Per her conversation with Sam, we know Kristina’s not happy. Alexis tells her daughter if Kristina is happy, then so is she. But, it looks like Kristina is hiding more than just her boredom with her life with Parker.
A New Challenge
Finally, it looks like Drew (Billy Miller) is about to try something new in life — or is that someone new? Curtis (Donnell Turner) asks his buddy if he’s up for the challenge.
